Inbound pass: how equipment reaches you

Sportsroyals equipment ships from the partner store where you order it. Delivery dates, carriers and costs are shown on the listing before you pay and depend on your address.

Big boxes

Power cages and home gym stations arrive in several heavy boxes, sometimes on different days. Check that every box listed in the manual has arrived before you start assembly.

Before the truck arrives

1. Clear a path from the door to the room where the equipment will stand.
2. Have a second person ready for boxes over 50 lbs.
3. Keep the boxes until assembly is complete and everything works.

Tracking

Tracking and delivery changes are handled on the order page of the partner store.
