Longer cable travel, finer load control
The 2:1 ratio doubles the cable travel per unit of weight. Flys, curls and single-arm rows get smoother and more precise.
Everything sized to fit
The bench, bar and plates in the set are chosen for this cage, so the bench rolls in and the bar sits right on the J-hooks.
Room inside the cage
A 41.3 by 52.8 inch interior leaves space to bench and squat without clipping the uprights.
